This is extreemly well colored! I don't know how you made those white spraypainty things, but they look cool. My suguestion to you, is even though it's anime, it helps to draw the entire unclad figure, starting with the guesture/energy of the pose. Make your proportions out first and do a rough guess for the parts that are in perspective, like one of her legs, her elbows, and her hips (farthest = smaller) and the head and hands (closer = larger). Don't make shapes so much as estimated line-markers to start. Remember that you wont have the same distances for, say thighs, if they are bent toward you, because they go into the distance, you see less of it looking dead-on. Then set your pencil down and draw what you see (weather photo, life, or in your head (try not to move the image if it is in your head). This guesture phase is light and less solid than even a stick figure, and its best if you do not pick up your drawing tool while making it, just lay it down and draw the pose over until it starts to look like the pose. Then you check your anatomy and proportions again, and make your basic shapes, keeping things light. After that go ahead and make lines that decide the form, just remember to keep it light because you are adding clothes. Do the same steps as before for the clothes. Then you can darken the defining lines of both the body form, and the clothing form as one. Other wise people look broken, and disjointed. Her hair is lovely, and I do love the butterfly touch on the shoe! I hope that was helpful!
